The recognizer hears medication names.

Per-agent speech-recognition hints for the words generic voice AI mishears, brand-name drugs, clinical terms, the difference between “text” and “next.” Hints can also update dynamically based on what the engine just asked.

TTS lexicon

The voice pronounces your brand correctly.

Pronunciation lexicons for brand names, clinical terms, and patient identifiers, applied per provider (ElevenLabs, Azure, more). Your engine says “Cigna” the way Cigna says it.

Multilingual
